There is the thought that in the kitchen, just as it often happens on the boat, the closest friendship end up breaking up.>
However, this is not the case for Alessandro Malu and Andrea Manni, two guys who have been sharing the same passion for food since ever. A passion which has led them to discover in 2004 this nice restaurant through one of the most picturesque streets called via delle Quattro fontane in the centre of Rome.
This is how the Berzitello restaurant was born. Berzitello, indeed, just means young man, Don Juan lover, what we call in Rome “Rugantino”!

Berzitello restaurant is able to distinguish it self from other restaurants because it does not offer specific food typically linked to the “romanesca” cooking tradition, but in fact it embraces, within its precious menu, a selection of seafood dishes and specialities made up with top quality, fresh and reliably sourced fish.
